[Rant] Roast Beef repacks

This is a rant, everything in here is only my opinion. Please refrain from flaming.

I am tired of repacks that advertise with a shit load of extra content, but when I download em to test em, its like some one got a punch of clothes and stuffed them into a box as hard as they could. Its rediculous. All repacks should have a certain theme. If there are like 5 lvl 70 custom instances the lvl cap should not be 255. I am tired of these repacks where the makers put alot of work into them but then failed in execution.

Any ideas? (dont name specific repacks)

I totally agree. That's why me and my team are starting a New Database which is planned out in detail. There are so many useless DBs out there that just chuck a whole lot of crap into their svn then give away their svns or come up with illogical dbs like the one you mentioned about the Level 70 Instances and having a 255 cap.

agree i myt make a repack, just im very lazy when it comes to putting effort into stuff :S ....it has been a while since i released anything that was my own work and not just a share, ah well il stop blabbering on lol

Yeah, I totally agree. Is anyone else also annoyed by the amount of useless repacks? Nine times out of ten, each repack is the same under another name. There should be some way to screen them
