Please help, urgent!

Ok.... so I'm playing on Aeir's repack, everythings working fine, exept the Morph command. No matter what ID i put in it says the command doesent exist. this is doing .morph command.... please help! In all the GM command lists, compendiums, ((i'm on Ascent)) it says it'llwork but it doesent. Also, some .spawns don't work, like .npc spawn 23682 ((headless horseman)) won't work... please help. Am i doing the command wrong?

Ok, but one more thing.. when i do .npc info, there's no tab saying 'Display ID'. Where can i find this?
