I have gone though several faq's on how to create a private server for my computer at home however not a single one of them has worked yet they all require something i cant get from the internet...the last one i tried required .net 3.0 and i couldn't get it because the setup requires you to download it off the internet >.<

so here we go.....v-v can anyone point me in the direction of a repack or from scratch faq that i wont need the internet after i've downloaded what i need off of the site. if your wondering how i'm posting i'm useing the internet at my local libaray and can download what i need onto my flash drive and take home to set it up....

i am running .net 2.0 for thoes that need that bit of info......


so is it possable to hook this up or am i just screwed?
