[Release] Kate1's weekend festival <horde>

Hey everybody here on mmowned!
The thing I made this time is a festival you can have in the weekends and remove when the weekend is over^^ its pretty easy to use and you will get all your users play a lot in the weekends.

INFO: This is a festival you turn on in the weekend and remove when weekend ends, its a kind of the blizzard festival like "the lunar festival" "fire festival" and all the holiday things. Its the horde version, ally will come another time! its placed in orgrimmar (tried not to place too many go's there) its not laggy and makes walking around in orgrimmar to a funny thing. I will build on this and make it in all cities and things like that.

HOW TO: download the festival and extract to you db in the weekend, when having it there in the weekend and after that delete it by doing this, make an sql-file and place this sql-command in it

DELETE FROM gameobject_spawns WHERE id BETWEEN '90000090' AND '90000119';
DELETE FROM gameobject_spawns WHERE id BETWEEN '90099001' AND '90099398';
