Ok, so i've tried this numerous times, every guide for making a private server public DOES NOT WORK FOR ME!
I don't know WTF im doing wrong, I don't have a router so It cant be the ports.. anyone wanna give me their aim or something and help me troubleshoot? =/

Maybe its the ports in your windows firewall? try forwarding them there aswell

Windows Firewall doesnt even work on my comp lol =[
but im not using a router
unless i need too, in which case i have one on my desk thats not plugged in.
