In other words The Private Server Scene Is Dead for the next few weaks until burlex decides to release something.

Hes Shunned the community. Hes Decided for WoWscape to be the only working 2.4.

There may have been a whole 3 Threads Regarding 2.4 Support on ascentemu. So they decide to Shutdown the website.

The ascent team does not provide support, and they no longer have a community. Dont bother going on the Mirc channel just a bunch of Immature Virgins spamming Meat spin links.

Actually any person can...all you need is to know C++ and get data from offical servers.

And btw if you have not played in version "2.4" yet do and feel relieved that it isn't out yet. In fact it seems they went back a few steps instead of making progress. None of the new stuff is available and many things just stoped working (take a look at the many bug threads regarding the update). As of now 2.4 is nothing more than a number so don't worry, at least for now.
