Guild Houses?

I was just wondering if anyone has a working guild housing script and if they could post it for me?
because I have been on ascent emu forums and they all have scripts that have been started but they have never been completed. Thanks for your help.

There are none at the moment that i know off, most of them ahve been started, but if finished never released

Yup I got it , i have a Item that makes a Gameobject Spawn witch is a lumber mill , and a Item who makes a innkeeper/vendorspawn
