Confused about the GM rank thing

Okay, so, basically, I dunno how to set people to be able to do specific things, but not EVERYTHING, like, the A B C stuff is confusing me, like, if you want a GM to be able to do everything, but not one thing, do you do something like, BCDEFG..etc, or, something like that? Confusing me

After every command is a letter. If you want your GMs to be able to use all unit commands, give them 'u'. If you want unit and player, 'up', etc.
If you want to give them some commands from each group, use the commandoverride table.

Or check out this link Gamemaster - Ascent Wiki
That is a lot more organized. Each flag next to the command like spidey said is what you flag to their account.

    Break it down.

Say you want a player to have the GM commands to appear, and summon. You set their rank to V.

Say you want a player to have battle ground control, you make their rank B.

    Say you want both,
    BV

Now what I havent figured out yet; how to take away say, Summon, from the V rank.

You can mod your own privledges in the Command_override table. You simple input the command and then the new rank. (avail letter that are not used by ranks are like Y, J K and i think 2 more.

You also have to add sub commands, ie

    cheat K
    cheat fly K
    cheat land k

this gives the rank K players the ability to fly.
