you could try something like
if(plr->GetUInt32Value(UNIT_FIELD_HEALTH) <= (plr->GetUInt32Value(UNIT_FIELD_MAXHEALTH) - 100)
Hey double lol, uhh but why health??? since shouldnt it be damage, or is this that it tells you how much health you killed?
no what its doing is checking if players lost over 100 hp
