[CLASSIC] Missing M2 info from ADT

    Hi all,

I wanted to update my meshes yesterday and found that MMDX and MMID info is missing from my *obj0.adt files for patch 1.13.5.36035, but MDDF info is present. My previous meshes were at least 1 year old and I have had no issue for several years parsing ADT files using MMDX / MMID / MDDF.

I tried to extract data several times with different tools (starting with CASCExplorer) and from different wow installs just to make sure the issue was not on my side.

Has anyone been experiencing the same issue ? Am I missing something or is there a workaround to map MDDF info to M2 files without MMDX and MMID ?

    Thanks

Nevermind, I found the solution. The nameId referenced in the MDDF chunk is the actual file id taken from WoW.tools | File browser, so there is no need for the MMDX or MMID chunks.
