Memory Scanning Tool for Retail Wow 7.3.5

I am new to wow and it is my first time attempting memory scanning in wow - my previous experience was in other much safer environments with no anti-cheat at all.

Just wondering if Cheat Engine can be used with the retail version of wow out of the box. I dare not try this myself as I have the impression that my a/c could be flagged silently as it is obvious that i am trying to cheat. Are there any ready made tools that can be safely used directly?

What options are available to beginners?

Save this script with .lua extension in your autorun Cheat Engine folder (script provided by RivalFr):

I use CE with retail wow version all the time, Wow right now is checking for window titles for most popular debuggers/memory scanners, it has same checks as Overwatch client from this thread:
Blizzard IS detecting Window titles for their anticheat

Also to make your life easier, in CE Scan Settings check MEM_MAPPED or you won't get any results from Wow.exe module as its mapped.

Window titles only ????Are they kidding me?

Are they thinking that anyone capable of changing the window title are not newbie to hacking and WILL recompile and change the code signature, so it isn't worthwhile to scan the memory for signature?

I have no clue where you read between the lines there he said they are detecting windows titles, not only window titles
