bzrclient.dll and bzrclient64.dll
Since they hook DirectX functions, both 9 and 11, I suppose they are the DLLs responsible for the streaming service that Blizzard recently announced.
Can someone else confirm this?
The only "issue" that I see here is for those developers who hook DirectX and end up replacing bzrclient's hooks, therefore, breaking the streaming service, since it would not be able to capture the frames. So just be careful to avoid that by simply following the original hook accordingly.

If you do it correctly, it wouldn't be an issue as you shouldn't just be blindly hooking the functions anyway
Edit: Just read your last line :P
