I found a great diffing tool for IDA, really similar to zynamics bindiff, though you guys could use it too

Well, I tried that, but was not able to move function names, etc. from the previous wow idc to the new one.
Used provided instructions (IDA 6.6), but, probably, smth is wrong.
For instance, had all wow script names from the first idb as "Unmatched in primary".
In case someone had better luck, please, report.
