Npc GUID 3.3.5 for CTM

Hi, Guys!
I have a problem with reading NPC GUID.
I read GUID with: wow.ReadUInt64(0x00BD07B0)
If i'm reading player, i get the value: 3941682(for example) and i can use CTM action with this GUID.
But if i'm reading npc, i get the value: -1067352940961822208(for example) this GUID i can't use with CTM function.
How to get the correct GUID?
I need your help, thx.

P.S CTM function :

wow.WriteUInt64(0x00CA11F8, GUID);
wow.WriteInt(0x00CA11F4, 5);

Thats a valid GUID for an NPC. F1300027C0008A00 looks good. Is something not working?
