most probably you use maxFPS 60 CVar setting

These addresses are easy to find. Search for float, increase/decrease the viewdistance in wow's optionsmenu, search for increased/decreased value.
0x0122DBA8 viewdistance, changes may trigger the gfx to reload, higher values decrease the performance ofc
0x012E2CC0 fogdistance, must be freezed/locked
