[3.2.0] How do you determine if a destructible object has been destroyed? menu

    [3.2.0] How do you determine if a destructible object has been destroyed?

    As the question asks, I've been looking @ the unit fields for a change in unit bits, or a value that would look like health, but i'm not able to find one - does anyone have any ideas?

    You could check if the worldstate is set. That would work from everywhere where you can see the gate on the worldmap.

    Yes, this is exactly what I'm trying to check (but the doors in Strand).

    Yes, of course.

    On the one hand you could just do it in LUA by getting the list of landmarks available and checking for name and icon.

    The other way is hooking WorldStates. Eighter you get into the SMSG that updates the states or you just reverse yourself to the array holding the values. Then you just need to know which worldstate is your specific wall.

    You can get the worldstate ID from AreaPOI. In there is your icon and the location. One of the last coluimns is the worldstate associated.

    Getting the value should be easy then. The icons are shown, if the WorldState is set. The worldstate has more than one possible value! The icon is modified based on the value as seen in AreaPOI.
