You can simply write a GUID in it and send the key for "Target Last Target" @ WoW.

This is what I do. I don't press the key tho, I remote call TargetLastTarget. I found this alot more reliable than Interacting with a mob to target it (it also doesnt start walking to it if CTM is enabled.)
