friendly/neutral/enemy Player or Units? How to find out?

    Hai

Is there a field that I can read to find out whether a Unit or other Player is friendly/neutral/aggro to me?

I could use this factionlist for Players to find out...
    1 human
    2 orc
    3 dwarf
    4 nightelves
    5 undead
    6 tauren
? gnom // I will check these later
    ? troll
    ? draenei
    ? bloodelf

... but that would be to difficult for Units (NPCs / Mobs) because there are to many factions.

I'm looking for an out-of-process way to do this.

PS: hope my english wasn't to bad

Yes, you're going to have to reverse-engineer the LUA function in order to update whatever offsets I used in my article. That was written for 2.4.3 which is, sadly, quite a while ago.
