In an effort to improve my understanding of DirectX, I have started a relatively simple application which will load, parse and render WoW terrain data. The ultimate goal will be to debug navigation and line-of-sight related issues.

A region of WoW memory... Visualized!!
From a real-time memory visualizer I'm working on. If all goes well, I might open source it by the end of the year.
The black part near the bottom with what looks like text is your chat log! Further up, past the white are random battle.net links.

Continuing work on my navigation library. For the curious, I originally started this to use within CMaNGOS (cmangos.net). Now I intend to write it so it can be used relatively easily in 'client mode' also, for bots.
I'm posting this screenshot because I have updated the GUI controls a bit and added support for loading those maps who have no ADT terrain but only a global WMO.

Its an addon that calls my registered lua functions to get information
