Whilst not strictly a reverse engineering book I cannot stress enough how great this book is. Its extremely comprehensive and well written. A must have if you intend to do any substantial amount of software development on Windows, both at the usermode and kernel level.

Two other excellent books if you're a Windows C++ developer or interested in how Windows works (which is really quite a fascinating topic).
