No. Go away now.
Shoo. I'm trying to make him go away.
On another note, most of those "Mac hack projects" etc just die because whilst the people involved have good intentions they don't know the first thing about reverse engineering or game hacking. (Just look at that "Mac WIP" thread or whatever)
Was hoping to give him another thread to post in and, thus, make him go away! To each his own!
It does seem like an overwhelming number of people who are any good at reverse-engineering use Windows, doesn't it? I've never even heard of a debugger for OS X. I dunno, maybe I live under a rock, or something.
That's because any self respecting reverser isn't going to go near OSX!
Just because you have no idea about a certain operating system doesn't mean its bad so stop flaming macs just cuz you prefer windows!
He's not flaming macs. He just said no self respecting reverser would ever touch OSX or a Mac, which is true. Just take a look at the epic fail present in all of the current "mac hack" type projects. Full of people who barely know how to program, let alone reverse engineer a complex piece of software like WoW. I get at least one PM a fortnight from some retard asking how to make a model edit fix on Windows so they can apply the same logic to macs. I explain it to them, even send them working source code for Windows if I'm not feeling overly lazy, but the outcome is always the same, they fail and I never hear from them again. The OS itself isn't THAT bad (although I don't like it), but its userbase has a collective IQ of 5, and therein lies the main problem.
So. Instead of flaming the OS, you start flaming its users? Nice
I hope I never play soccer against you: "Balls don't kick back!"
Skriptkiddys only work with Windows :>

Apple Developer Connection - Development Kits
Getting Started with Apple Technologies
this might help those mac "devs"
maybe macusers can't acces google, I don't know but I found this stuff within a few seconds, and I'm quite shure this stuff is usefull
I hacked 127.0.0.1
i think someone gets picked on a little too much in school.... just my 2 cents..
