Mac Memory Editing/Speed Hacking

While reading through all these posts i can help but wonder is there any ways a mac user can do any of this stuff. So basicly just intersted if anybody knows if there is anything for macs, even better no evil warden 6):. +Rep thanks guys.

i have been able to change all the values regarding position, speed, buffs (only changes the name though ), etc.
but i always crash when i move (server check up).
if you find/think of a way to not crash: let me know, i'm very interested!
