WW monk mastery combo strikes, ablities deal way more damage if they don't repeat.

how do you as a coder, check which ability was last casted, so you don't repeat it?

how do you bot ww monk mastery?

Right now I am checking combat log and have a 4 second delay between casting the same ability. but that's not good enough.
