Googled and found only this , altought all download links are inactive. Im thinking of some Elementium-Plated Exhaust Pipe farming from Roxi Ramrocket . Is there any plugin or something that might work?

If you play on live there is no point since there is a vendor in Pandaria who has unlimited stock.

Macro this to a key
/run BuyMerchantItem(1,2)

This buys 2 of the first item in the shop, change that to your needs

Then get keyspam and make it spam that key

tried this with (2,1), but there is problem- window neds to be refreshed, to buy another one, but in slot 2 now pistons, so until there wil not be that pipe- macro will buy pistons.
