Is WoW Botting even worth it anymore? - I'm new

Hello, I've been lurking here for a while now and loved the old posts siting 50k per day per bot back in the day and MORE.

But now I see even 20k per day per bot is only average or high end.

Plus ban rates being higher now?

I was wondering is it worth it anymore? My goals being minimum of $500 or so per bot per month running as many hours as necessary while avoiding bans (although I don't care if I profit enough after expansion buying costs etc)


Or should I switch to another game? Is botting worthwhile in any game now?

lol...500$...u must be kidding!...price is 0.35$...0.4$/k if ur lucky, that means that the bot must produce 1.250.000g in a month...not gonna happen, no matter what you bot and for as many hours as u want..

Okay, so what is my realistic prospects per bot? Reliably/possibly including bans?

It depends on how many accounts you bot. If you're just botting one account, 500 is a little high, but most certinely do-able. Just gotta have the right knowledge and hardware.

well it's mostly RNG...for example:

i had a sor acc that worked for more than a half year, was banned 2 days ago
i had another i bought just before christmas, also banned 2 days ago ...didn't even got the money invested back
and i also bought mop for both wich was on promotion 10eur in december...

if u get a sor account(cata and lvl 80 char), which is 25-30k, and a game-card 50-60k (2 months), and to get to the point, realistic profit i got from my exp is:

(nodes/hour ratio discussion here , do not confuse nodes/hour with stacks/hour, so 130n/h medium at 3-4ore/herb/node =455node/20=22stacks/hour*8hr=180stacks .... let's say we get even more, with the guild perk and goggles)
botting in uldum aprox 8hr/day ..so around 200-300st/day herb+ore...for around 30g/st medium price = 7500g/day
since u can't bot every-day, let's say 23-25 days/month = 180k gold
180k * 0,35$ medium gold price = 63$ per bot per month

from that u gotta take out the invested 30k/month/gc and some for the initial 30k from sor acc

that's pretty much my exp, now depending on how many bots u have, how fast ur stuff sells, and considering no bans...u can calculate urself the profit
also my advice is to pick a realm with high economy so ur stuff sells, u can see those in wowuction.com

i would love to see how u calculate to get even close to 500$ PER ACCOUNT, even if u buy mop and bot there, prices are closer to what i suggested!
