Problem with pqinterface

I'm havin a big problem with pq interface I can not edit custom values and then save.

I unlock the set for editing
Select box and enter value
Press enter BUT
When I click the lock button again to save all the settings, they revert to their original value. Iv downloaded the most current pqi from the wiki site but I still have the issue

Is this a problem with a pqi data file or a profile data file ?? I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Also changing the value and not locking the setting has no effect on the percentage at which the spell is used.

Ex: I'm casting diving shield at 87% no matter what I try and do.

Last patch I had the same problem but updated pqi which fixed this problem. This patch I can't fix it.

Id like to bump this as it is my exact problem and i cannot find a solution searching around
