how risky it is to use PQR ... were already banned user because they have used ONLY PQR?

The best thing to do when it comes to an Interrupt profile is to modify it so doesn't interrupt when they start casting. Probably TeamNova's is one of the best choices for PvP at the moment since it randomly picks 30 or 50 for a percentage to kick spells.

Unless you want to use it for PvE which Xelper's original will do just fine at.

ok and how can i modify the interrups time in the Profile?

grab the Team Novas modded profile. I've modded it with Monks interrupt and changed it to random cast time to kick.
