[PQR] Beginner Editor Guide

Does anyone have a starting place to learn how to create rotations and complete list of Commands & Variables in PQR. I when to PQR Custom Functions - PQRotation Wiki and have read though [Release] PQR - Rotation Bot (PQR - Rotation Bot) but at 500+ pages "here's my profiles" and "Thanks +Rep" it's hard to find core information on PQR.
