Shadowbot Question

Hi guys - I'm new to botting in general and have a question about Shadowbot. It seems to fly into the zone it should be in, then just sits there, occasionally targets a mob, but stays mounted and never fights even when its being attacked. Does anyone have experience with it? FYI - I've done all the recommended things: disabled all addons, reset all action bars, etc etc..
