    Stopcasting/casting when certain buffs/debuffs come up in PQR ?

    Hi,
    I am new in this forum and I have a question about PQR.
    Is it possible to implement a stopcasting funktion so that PQR did not cast anything when the target has a certain buff?
    Is it possible to implement a cast when I have a certain debuff?
    Is it possible to implement a cast when the target has a certain buff?

    I know that are a lot of questions.
    I hope someone can help me with a link or perhaps tell me how and/or if to do these things.
