Bad time to buy Honorbuddy ?

Should I buy Honorbuddy or stick with Lazybot ?
Seeing as Honorbuddy is being sued I'm unsure if I should take the risk of losing the bot accounts and bot.

Should I buy it ?

I was going to buy a couple session subscriptions later today for honor buddy and have been battling this same question since earlier this week. In the early days I used glider, didn't bot for a long time after it was done, then moved onto lazy bot. From reading a lot of posts here at ownedcore and other sites, I think honor buddy is going to be fine. My only concern is whether or not it will make it until MoP and be updated then. Can anyone provide insight into where they are at in the legal dispute & time frame? Also does anyone know if honor buddy has an effective kill switch in the event of a ban wave?

According to a Mod on HB forums, there won't be news until June, so yes, I believe HB is still safe.
