Thinking About Getting HB

With all the bots being shut down and Blizzard most likely targeting HB soon...

Should I buy it or wait and see?

Used to have a 3 Session HB but sold it to Kiyumi

They have already targeted HB, they are currently in a lawsuit with them. HB is fighting back and doesn't plan on shutting down due to blizzards pressure. They have said that their lawyers have informed them that they are within their laws in germany.

Well if, HB losses, we will be unable to use HB anymore and it will be shut down...
will they like give blizz a list of users, IPs and such information? or will our identities be safe?
I mean can blizzard use any data from HB to track our wow accounts and ban them? :P

I'm not a HB user, but from what I've read on their website, one of their admins said that no private information, such as users lists, IPs, etc. will reach Blizzard's hands, so the answer is no, they won't get their hands on the informations, but they might pull some legally crap out and get it. However, from what I know, Blizzard only bans you if they actually catch you botting in the very moment, not based on a subscription to a 3rd party site or a random report from a player.
