[Question] Is there a farming bot for NPC's

I've been farming the achievement "Insane in the Membrane" and I was wondering If there was a Bot that would kill the NPC's for me because it just takes so long! It would be so much easier to have a bot do it for me. So my question is, is there a bot like this, if so what is the name or how do I get a bot to just kill a specific NPC ID on Fray Island south of ratchet(best place to farm the rep for Steamwheedle Cartel).
