Can someone update this hack to 4.2 OR teach me how to update a hack?

I like to play the World of Warcraft Public Test Realm, and as you know it's always a patch ahead (obviously). I absolutely LOVE this hack that I use in retail:

I just wish I could use it on the PTR. If someone could update the hack, or even better teach me how to update a hack, I will give +REP to you.

The Coder already stated he wont give source out, so 1). PM the Coder, to see if he can make one for you, or 2). make your's from scratch.
