Will I be easier banned here?

Ok so I got my account closed recently for speed hacking, I used the WoW lawyers amazing guide and I got my account re opened will they now be watching my account?
So should I never speed hack again?

Blizzard doesn't reveal details about their banning procedure. So there is no real reason to know if they do, but just to be sure count on it

If you care about it, then you probably shouldn't.
Dunno if they will be watching your account though.

Just keep in mind if you get banned again, you probably will never get it unbanned again. They do record account action history as far as we know.

I was caught by GM while hacking in the Arena, received 72 hour suspension with a warning and statement that "they WILL keep an eye on my future gameplay", but I started hacking next week and no ban or suspension..
imho they are just trying to scare you.. but you can never know
