Need help messing with this addon

If you want the work in progress, here it is - just make sure that you have a folder in your \Interface\Addons called "MegaAddon" (no quotes) to put them in. Then, when its ready in game, just type:

/script EnableAddOn("MegaAddon")
/script LoadAddOn("MegaAddon")

I was hoping someone could help me make it so that it accomplishes a few more things:

1. Simplest first: Have it load on start up =S.
2. Sets a name that will be the recipent of the GM tag (by SendAddonMessage request), instead of having all whispers (as it is right now) show the Blizzard tag. So, if I whisper Jon the SendAddonMessage trigger, his computer will make anyone with the name Sam have the Blizzard tag, no one else. Then when Sam whispers Jon, Jon sees Sam has the Blizzard tag in the GMChatUI box.
3. Disables the ability to "/who" the person that has the Blizzard. I don't even know if this one's possible, but if it is that would be great =D. Maybe this is all wishful thinking... Hopefully not though =D

Truthfully, when it comes to this I don't really know what I'm doing (and even though its semi-working now) anyone who knows addons should see what I need to do and be able to help me out. Thanks,

It's not really that complicated. Just check Blizzards stuff. For disabling the /who request, you need to do a LUA hook on the functions that perform the query and then filter out the results you don't want.
