teleport to diffrent map id

Hi,
I was just wondering if there is any program which can teleport you to a diffrent map id (i.e. 169 - the emerald dream) because that is where all of the tier vendors are on my private server.
Or is there anyway you can set your hearthstone to teleport you into the instance.

Is there any way to use WPE Pro to change where your hearthstone takes you to, just an idea....
