How do healing profiles work?

Probably a stupid question I know this.

The question is, I know it'll cycle through your moves but will it autotarget players and heal them, or just heal one I've pre-targetted/focused?

I've only used PQR so far for DPS and tanking rotations, so I'm clueless about healing,

They cycle through your party and then heal based on set restrictions. Never actually targets anyone though, kind of like most healing addons. So basically, yes it heals your entire party not just one person.
