Gnome Tools, help with targeting

ok so I tried making my own profile and all it dose is run around, it doesn't target. I set up black list correctly and made sure the gathering avoid attack was unchecked and also the dont spam tab was checked. still it wont target its self. If I select a mob it will do as planed. otherwise it just runs around.
