Ok most off you have missed the reason he was banned it cos he used 1.7.2 instead off 1.7.3 at the time. And currently glider is running 1.7.4 at last check. If your always patching glider late down load vista side bar or simular and use the RSS feeds to keep you in the know

gennerally tripwire will make sure that mostly no one gets banned when we have a warden update but if you havent selected tripwire in your glider confirguration it is ofc possible that you can get banned by warden...
