There's also a new PE Developers forum on OC which I don't have access to, seems it replaced the old PQR developers forum ?

To clear shit up, he got another C&D order from Blizzard which is why the old forums and Github is removed. He had to remove himself from PE completely, but it lives on with @Hackinte

I have no idea, Mavmins, just mentioning what I read. Something to do with the first C&D order where he can have absolutely nothing to do with Probably/ProbablyEngine or something, even if it doesn't break the EULA/ToS. That's unfortunately all I know.

well that sucks as the addon is without an unlocker it doesnt do anything others do. Stupid Blizz

Sadly that's how the legal system works. The C&D covered ALL of PE not just the unlocker. Was only a matter of time.
