This looks really awesome but I can't get it to work, keeps saying "Unsupported Version" -- Currently I'm using WoW 6.0.3 19342 (64bit)
I tried that, nothing worked. Only thing I can think of is that I used an edited .exe file so my custom raid icons work.

I tried looking for an answer, but couldn't find it. Does this program read, write or do both? Also, what's the ~ ban rate when using this?
Are you still working on the PvP LoS line from people who target me to my char?
Would rock =)
Yes, this is part of the large list of changes I'll be looking at making for the next version of Sonar. I'm not sure when I'll get it out though as I don't have as much time as I used to and the time I do have is spent developing something awesome I think you guys will enjoy. Either way I'm suffering from Blizzard release schedule syndrome. All I can say is I'm still working on it and Soon™.
Rather small request:
- It doesn't seem capable of tracking Battle Pets. I've tried named NPCs and objects, but it seems to be neither.
Nice job!

Nice to know =)
Not sure how much focus / time you want to spend on the pvp aspect but some ideas like it was implemented in Gladiator Suite MoP:
LoS display if an enemy targets you, red line from him to you if in LoS
Display if an enemy uses a burst cooldown
Display if an enemy uses a defensive cooldown
Trap / Totem radius display
On the list although I probably can't implement actual line of sight, so if a player is targeting you from behind a wall you're still gonna see a red line.
This is out of the scope of what Sonar is designed to do. I'm sure you can configure weak auras to do this for you, or perhaps some other addon.
I'll have to look into this, perhaps I can add this as another option we'll see.
Not to come off as a total noob, but what are the advantages of using this? Aren't there already loads of add-ons for auto detecting various enemies/models? Or is this just to help locate them incase they are LOS'd and shit?
Great program, especially useful for questing where it's hard to find some quest objects or mobs!
I was wondering if there is any way to show multiple mobs or objects instead of just one at a time, via the GUI. Is there a separator I can use? Separating names with a comma did not seem to work. I know I could probably create filters but this would be used more for questing mobs/objects on the fly.
