umm, just start PQR and hit the download offsets button... sometimes they are not up right away after a patch but then just check the thread and find them.

Run PQRUpdater.exe and you should be fine and if its offset update you are looking for then change "<CurrentWoWVersion>17055</CurrentWoWVersion>" to whatever current version number is, it will be inside the .xml file which you can find in offsets folder in your PQR installation, file will be called Offsets_17055.xml, the actual number may vary depending on the version of pqr you have, when editing the file make sure to change the number in the filename to whatever number you write in "<CurrentWoWVersion>17055</CurrentWoWVersion>".

This is only partially correct since more then just the CurrentWoWVersion information changes after a patch. The full offsets are usually posted within hours after a patch though by myself or someone else. You just have to copy that information into a file named as nazgul111 said in your offsets folder to get PQR up and running again. If you're unable to do it manually, Xelper usually has the offsets up in his dropbox within the day so you can just click Download Offsets in PQR at that point to do the same thing.
