Start iKick.exe as administrator, should work.
You also have to enable dx9 in wow's advanced graphics options.

Did it support 64bit clients? I did start wow with 64 bit client and dx9 and run your programm as admin but it didn even start it say "Didnt work anymore" sorry for bad english xD
