I tried this on ventrillo everything was set up as specified and I tested a ban on myself and switched to another proxy, but it didn't work and it showed my real IP

Then you did it wrong. You didn't entered a proxy in ventrilo (if possible) else you didn't add ventrilo.exe in proxycap.

I wanted to ask some more take on this. What do you guys think of this. Played around with it
and it seems to be working so far. Have not played WoW on it yet, cause I have been to busy
at the fire station. But we will see. Worried about the IP issue with WoW locking me out. But, on
another note I play WoW on my laptop at fire station around the city I work in and have not had any
problem with that yet. (Total of 30 some odd fire station, of course have not worked at them all).
Thanks for the opinion on this!

I'm using pirox's pvptool, and you can only use the bot on multiple computers/accounts if they have the same IP. Is there a way this could be used to trick the bot into thinking two computers on separate connections have the same IP?

It would be in a region of about 10 miles? You can detect it by ip2location. Blizzard could do this. So, you can still be locked out. (Although I'm using it aswell, and never been locked out - but still, i'm not the one who says your account is perfectly "safe").

Yeah. Just connect to the same PingBuster server on both PC's, that will get you the same IP thus tricking PiroX.

Not only WoW but also torrents.
I came to my university dorms at Setember and I was unable to download anything except direct downloads.
With this, I added bittorrent to proxycap and downloaded a movie in 10 minutes...

    Thanks a lot!

Your welcome. It's not only for WoW ofcourse, but since we're on a WoW (MMO) board, what else should I say? Haha ;-)

Safer, well like KlaAz0r says, you can claim you were hacked. It's handy for being on school to play WoW, or visit websites normally being blocked (like logmein to watch your bots or something).
