What do you need to do with the program in order to skip almost all instances?

I"m using the XYZ positioning hack (search for it on this site) to teleport up and down through the instance. From the door, I teleport up to the bland wastelandish area that you see, then back down into the instance. If you've never used XYZ beore, I'd suggest reading the complaints in that program's thread and practice on a trial account.
