Hey here is a quick and simple auto clicker:

First uploaded file to rapidshare tell me if it works.

Instructions:
Download then open it
Open WoW, get to a place you need to auto click
Run the auto clicker, default setting works best
Ctrl-Z to stop it

Why would you want to auto click?
Use it to click a spell in the battleground, I use it to click my mount--Great for AFKING
Make a macro and just sit at a Spawn of a gas cloud and extract it at spawns..
Make it auto click to spam the trade chat!

Many more use your imagination

Don't know where I got this, I just searched for a auto clicker on my computer and this came up, there are many other people that use my computer, I think this was ment for Runescape because that is what my brother plays..

Or you could post the Auto-It sourcecode, so we can see that there is no virus

I doubt this is autoIT, considering there is no mention of a UPX packer which is always picked up by the scan. That however is listing a downloader trojan. If you want an auto-clicker, get to contributor or donate to the site and I have mine (non-autoit, 100% virus free) posted in the shared lounge.
