    [Anti Virus] For Gamers

I use the original Bullguard as a subscriber and highly reccomend it.

Best thing is you get a free 60 day trial.

    BullGuard Gamer's Edition

    Introduction

BullGuard Gamer’s Edition is the world’s first internet security product to be specifically developed for gamers. The Gamer’s Edition provides all the security you need for your PC, at all times. This means that your PC is protected not only when you are gaming, but also when your PC is in normal use.

    Proven technology
The Gamer’s Edition is based on the technology that is also part of BullGuard Internet Security 8.0. On top of that it also features a Gaming component which allows you to safely enjoy your gaming experience without compromising game play.

    Automatic Game Mode
The Gamer’s Edition will recognize supported games when they are launched and automatically transition into a Game Mode that is specifically developed for that particular game. If a game is not supported you can either create a game profile for that specific game, or you can use the General Game Mode.

    Game Mode

    What is it?
A Game Mode is essentially a collection of antivirus, firewall and general settings, allowing you to focus on your game without having to worry about your security or being interrupted.

    What it does
The specific settings in the Game Mode ensure that you will not receive any messages or updates from BullGuard during game play. Resource consumption will also be limited, allowing your game to run more smoothly. Any scheduled activities like system scans or backups will be delayed when you are in Game Mode, ensuring you can focus solely on your game.

    Do your own custom settings
Finally, you also have the option of making your own settings in Game Mode, giving you full flexibility.

    System Requirements

    • Windows Vista/XP/2000 PC
    • 200 MB free hard-disk space
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
Information on BullGuard Internet Security Gamer's Edition

    Enjoy!!!!

My dad used to work for Internet tech support and he has had numerous phone calls up about peoples internet not working and it turns out that in the end they were either using this program or Norton which after your subscription runs out it ****s up your internet. Just a heads up incase they are still pulling this crap.

I aggree with Silentino. Its not like your gonna get better at games just because you have a "gamers edition" anti-virus.
Im sticking with nod32, uses less resources and is much easier to use than norton.

    Kaspersky ftw ^^,
The best way to prove a point is to argue it with faulty arguements.
