Sounds awesome, do you need any LUA, XML, or any program language knowledge?
If not awesome. Is there like a "design" mode?

Yeah it helps a lot if you already know LUA and XML but thats what the internet is for. lol

It's been out for a while, and you can't really make anything but the design unless you already know LUA and XML.
