Current Safest Glider Settings

Thought I would share this to put people's mind at ease. :P

Settings:
Launchpad options ON: "Shadow enable", "Unload after hide".
Launchpad options off: "Use WoW Launcher".

Other Launchpad options not mentioned above can be on or off, as you see fit.

Low risk:
The keyboard hook is ok to use, as is regular (non-invisible) mode.

Yeah it says december, but nothing has changed since then or there would be another update. Those settings have been the same for months now.

WARNING!!!

I just got banned with these exact settings, i checked all the logs and the email i got, and they alll point towards being dectected, not reported, a GM apeared at my location and i was dced, and couldn't log in again

sry but you have not just been banned, that email is from a previous ban. Also those settings are not the current recommended ones as Background mode cannot run with those and some more options. I will post the settings that i have succesfully used thruout 1 lvl 60 and 1 lvl 15

Background mode is not the safest setting to use. It is reccomended that you stay off background mode to be safer. The fact that you cannot hear alerts is just the beginning.

DO NOT run background mode if you want the safest settings.

Imo, Glider is just a tool to help you enjoy the game more. Maybe you can only play for 4 hours a day, glider helps you to enhance that experience.

Or maybe, you have already have 6 top level characters, it allows you to skip content that otherwise would bore you to death, in effect, Glider is saving lives!

I dont get why there are people complaining, serious wtf? this is a cite for fellow bot useres and hackers to exchange information and experiences so that we may break the rules and not get caught, like a true rouge.
